Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Services Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong rapport with clients and act as a trusted technical advisor for functional solution designs
• Define and prioritize client requests while managing multiple engagements simultaneously
• Gather requirements and document functional solutions in alignment with client needs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1-3 years of experience in a technical account management role
• 4+ years of experience in support, implementation, consulting, or a related customer-service position
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as computer science or business administration
• Basic understanding of relational database architectures and practical experience with SQL Server and T-SQL
• Familiarity with Microsoft business products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)
