Massachusetts Licensed Personal Lines Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager for a short-term, remote assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to policyholders and carriers
• Assist with marketing new and renewal business, determining premiums and preparing proposals
• Monitor policy expirations and ensure timely renewals

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a personal lines account manager
• Active property and casualty producer license in Massachusetts (non-resident licenses accepted)
• In-depth knowledge of various insurance policies including home, auto, and umbrella
• 2+ years of experience using Applied Epic
• Experience using a personal lines rater/quoting system
