Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager for their Product Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Ad Operations and Trafficking for advertiser and publisher campaigns, ensuring measurement fidelity
• Troubleshoot and QA for live trackers, defining processes to automate workflows in collaboration with Product & Engineering teams
• Support integrations with new publishers and partners, including debugging JavaScript & HTML

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Ad Operations, Media Analytics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and large datasets
• Familiarity with troubleshooting JavaScript in the context of ad tags or tracking pixels
• A positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
