Community Client Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Client Manager FS.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify revenue opportunities
• Consult with clients to optimize check program performance and align solutions with customer needs
• Develop account plans and strategies to meet goals while providing market feedback and insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline with 3 years of experience, or HS/GED with 7 years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience with community-sized financial institutions up to $1 billion in assets
• Experience with Salesforce.com
• Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
• Accountability for actions, progress, and results
