Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with C-suite executives and act as a trusted advisor to ensure client satisfaction
  • Manage contract renewals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver superior client value and account strategy execution
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
  • 7-10+ years of experience in strategic or global account management, preferably in the technology or SaaS sector
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar global client portfolios, ideally over $10 million annually
  • Proven ability to develop strategic account plans for large, complex enterprise clients
  • Experience building relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers in global organizations
