Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Analyst, People Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain security groups, conduct audits of user access, and support privileged access reviews
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports, provide insights into user access and compliance metrics, and create Power BI dashboards
  • Collaborate with HR and other teams to understand reporting needs, participate in system upgrades, and train end-users on reporting tools
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Six (6) + years of relevant experience
  • Five (5) + years managing Workday security and reporting
  • Experience with large-scale data management and data visualization principles
  • Knowledge of predictive analytic techniques and HR business process fundamentals
