Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Psychology, or related field
• Three (3)+ years of experience in data collection, reporting, or employee engagement support
• Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts in an enterprise environment
• Working knowledge of data analysis tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Preferred: Master's degree in a related field
