Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers on resource planning and proactive sourcing to build talent pipelines
• Provide a positive hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers while managing multiple requisitions

Required Qualifications and Education

• At least one year of experience in a fast-paced recruiting or talent acquisition setting
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and team members as a trusted resource
• Proven abilities to attract passive candidates using creative sourcing methods
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
• A passion for building teams and delivering outstanding candidate experiences
