Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lending Operations Specialist, Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the bridge loan cycle, from setup to closing
• Gather required documentation and ensure compliance with submission requirements
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners regarding loan status and closing issues

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the mortgage industry
• Experience with cash out refinance transactions within the last 12 months
• Strong understanding of mortgage regulations and managing loan pipelines of 50 to 60 loans per month
• Proficient in using lending management systems, including Encompass LOS
• High school diploma or equivalent required
