Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Transformation Director who will lead and support end-to-end workflow and automation across Retirement Recordkeeping Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the identification, mapping, optimization, and improvement of end-to-end processes
  • Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities and track performance metrics
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop KPIs and facilitate communication regarding process gaps
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of experience in the retirement industry with a focus on operational efficiency
  • Proficiency in business process management (BPM) and Lean principles
  • Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence stakeholders
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
