Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, New Homes Field Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for New Homes field execution and maintain technician efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with homebuilders to ensure proper execution in line with the New Homes Field Guide and Installation Manual
• Manage installation schedules, train crews, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in the field

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in operations or project management
• Strong understanding of new residential construction and solar integration
• Experience managing a portfolio of projects
• Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint
