Leave Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Specialist, Accommodations and Leave Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations related to employee absences
  • Manage leave assignments and coordinate accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA)
  • Collaborate with HR client groups and vendor partners to develop return-to-work action plans and enhance workflows
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in leave management or HR services
  • In-depth knowledge of FMLA, ADAAA, and disability legislation
  • Certification as a Certified Professional (CP) from the Society of Human Resource Management is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with HRIS systems
