Job Summary

A company is looking for a Labor & Employment Staff Attorney or Counsel - Hourly - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employment litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions
• Handle EEOC charges and represent clients in mediations and negotiations
• Collaborate with experienced lawyers and contribute to best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of employment litigation experience, preferably on the management-side
• Experience in federal and state court practice and with relevant administrative agencies
• Active bar license in the state of residence and one where the company maintains an office
• Strong time management skills with a commitment to work 1000 or more hours per year
• A collegiate and cooperative approach to teamwork
