Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate healthcare transaction documents, including purchase agreements and NDAs
• Lead legal due diligence efforts and assess legal and regulatory risks
• Advise on regulatory compliance considerations related to healthcare transactions

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a healthcare transactions attorney
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations such as Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and HIPAA
• Experience in nonprofit legal matters
• Ability to collaborate with legal colleagues and business teams
• Experience with start-ups and innovation is a plus
