Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including physician contracts and vendor agreements
• Develop and maintain compliance materials and manage audit responses
• Provide counsel on corporate governance and employment matters

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house at a healthcare technology company
• Expertise in healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and Stark Law
• Experience with commercial contracts and corporate governance
• A pragmatic, business-oriented approach to problem-solving
