Job Summary

A company is looking for a P&C Insurance Advisor with a license required for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 30 outbound calls daily to engage with warm, qualified leads
• Guide prospective clients in making informed decisions about their insurance needs
• Manage inbound calls, schedule appointments, and follow up on requests for information or quotes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must possess a 220 or 20-44 insurance license
• Comprehensive understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) products and carriers
• Proven ability to multitask effectively in a competitive sales environment
• Strong proactive and responsive skills in client interactions
• Experience with managing appointments and urgent requests efficiently
