A company is looking for a Regional Vice President of Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new business sales development for self-funded employers to achieve revenue goals
• Build and maintain relationships with major consulting firms and strategic partners
• Develop and lead RFP strategies that align with client needs and priorities

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience selling complex health benefit solutions to large employers
• Established and active network within national benefits consulting firms and brokerages
• Proven sales leader in group health benefits with knowledge of medical TPA arrangements
• Skilled in presenting to senior executive leadership at large corporations
• Bachelor's degree required
