Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Sales Director responsible for driving business development strategy and consultative sales for Workday services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate prospect sales meetings and collaborate with internal teams on client sales activities
  • Lead services discovery sessions to identify prospect needs and build professional services proposals
  • Maintain accurate services pipeline data and assist in closing professional services agreements
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading Financials implementation projects
  • 5+ years of experience in the Professional Services sales cycle
  • Experience delivering technology-based projects to blue-chip companies
  • Proven ability to manage and lead project teams
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics
