Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Credentialing Operations Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement credentialing workflows and standard operating procedures
• Maintain accurate provider information and track credentialing deadlines
• Develop reports and dashboards to analyze credentialing data and trends

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare credentialing or operations
• 1+ years of experience managing health plan relationships preferred
• Strong understanding of health plan credentialing requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and credentialing software
• Experience in behavioral health or mental health provider credentialing
