A company is looking for an Operations Analyst I to provide analytical support to daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform operational tasks and serve as the initial point of contact for support of assigned processes
• Source, compile, and interpret data to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Provide knowledge in the area of work to resolve problems and handle client requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in Banking, Finance, or Analytics OR
• High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in Banking, Finance, or Analytics
