Job Summary

A company is looking for a My Time Scheduling Manager to provide business support for Kronos, focusing on time and attendance configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates cross-functional teams and leads projects to implement process improvements in scheduling and labor productivity
• Monitors and measures quantitative improvements achieved through projects, ensuring data integrity and process analysis
• Maintains optimal operation of scheduling applications and serves as a liaison for functional configuration and problem resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• 5-10 years of supervisory experience
• Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is preferred
• Certification in Lean/Six Sigma Methodology is preferred
