Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Field Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency across call plans, targets, and Omnichannel initiatives to enhance sales force impact
• Oversee speaker programs, coaching platforms, and SEP budgets to align with business objectives
• Plan and facilitate regional meetings and coordinate resources with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• At least 1 year of experience in field leadership or regional operational roles
• Strong background in business operations and resource management within a commercial pharmaceutical organization
• Ability to focus on priorities and resolve operational issues effectively
