Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development and Ventures Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the capture, refinement, prioritization, and sharing of insights from relationships and activities
• Manage operations of the Corporate Development and Ventures portfolio, including documentation and KYC processes
• Assist in relationship management with portfolio founders and VC partners to enhance engagement and value realization

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in venture investing, corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or related fields
• Proven ability to synthesize insights and create structured, high-value reporting
• Experience with relationship management platforms and AI tooling
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Technology, or a related discipline; MBA preferred
• Demonstrated success in operationalizing team processes and managing strategic workflows
