Director of Strategy Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategy and Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities and develop strategies in partnership with executives and stakeholders
• Maintain a pipeline of acquisition and partnership targets; drive outreach and due diligence
• Lead cross-functional integration planning and manage transaction execution with Legal and Finance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, partnerships, or executive-level consulting
• 5+ years leading M&A processes, including deal sourcing and negotiation
• Proven experience working with executive teams on strategic development
• Experience in change management and business transformation
