Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal of Strategy & Impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Advance and refine the organization's strategy by providing operational and strategic guidance to core teams
• Prepare and facilitate monthly all-hands meetings to track progress and identify areas for intervention
• Monitor the impact of the organization's strategy and support the President & CEO in fulfilling commitments to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in project management or nonprofit leadership
• Verifiable project implementation expertise with experience influencing internal initiatives
• Experience with governance boards and managing external stakeholders
• Exceptional facilitation skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
