Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Strategy Associate to oversee service delivery to customers and pros, contributing to strategy, operations, and Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Build reports and presentations to support business decisions related to forecasting and costs
• Develop an understanding of Care technology to optimize tool investments and meet KPIs
• Execute the yearly budgeting process and ensure alignment with the Finance organization

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience in an analytical role
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including financial modeling experience
• Experience with Looker, SQL, or other data visualization tools is a plus
• Familiarity with SaaS like Salesforce is a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills
