Strategic Capability Enablement Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Strategic Capability Enablement Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the procurement capability framework, including definitions, scope, and associated processes
• Consolidate and manage the overall roadmap for strategic capabilities development, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
• Conduct and refresh annual benchmarking at the capability level to inform future state planning and strategy development

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree and 3 years of experience in procurement strategic planning, capability development, or related field; or
• Master's degree and 7 years of experience; or
• Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience; or
• Associate's degree and 12 years of experience; or
• High school diploma/GED and 14 years of experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams, projects, or programs
