Condominium Approval Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Condominium Approval Production Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist origination staff with requesting and reviewing condominium documents
• Order necessary documentation from HOA/property managers and manage payments
• Monitor and update the status of pending condo document requests in Project Tracker

Required Qualifications

• Current knowledge of the condominium review process for various loan programs
• Understanding of federal and state guidelines such as RESPA, TILA, and HMDA
• 2+ years of experience in condo document collection or related fields
• Proficient with Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent
