Manufacturing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manufacturing Specialist to oversee manufacturing operations and project management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and completion of data entries and tasks related to budget development and reporting
• Monitor site performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities while coordinating team meetings
• Manage project timelines and risks associated with departmental activities from conception to implementation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 10 years of manufacturing experience, or an Associate's degree with 8 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 4 years, or a Master's degree with 2 years, or a Doctorate degree
• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Engineering, or a Science-related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a protein, API, DS, DP, or packaging manufacturing environment
• 2+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of cGMP principles, FDA guidelines, and budget management
