Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily transportation activities in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track domestic freight shipments from pickup to delivery
• Monitor shipment statuses and communicate any delays or issues
• Manage and verify documentation such as BOLs, PODs, and invoices

Required Qualifications:

• Previous logistics or transportation experience required (3+ years preferred)
• Strong familiarity with key logistics terms and documents
• Experience with TMS systems such as Oracle TMS or SAP
• Moderate Excel skills, including formulas and lookups
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
