• Execute daily operational processes and track issues to completion
• Manage materials management processes including oversight of daily operations and quality checks
• Develop and maintain workflow processes and manage vendor relationships, ensuring effective operational solutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• A Bachelor's degree is required
• Three or more years of related experience, preferably in a health plan or related field
• Experience in developing and maintaining detailed process documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Excel
• Experience in interpreting data analytics and using data to drive change in healthcare
