Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or business management; Master's preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in practice or healthcare management
• Experience in developing physician relationships and leading initiatives to enhance patient and physician experiences
• Strong knowledge of operational and financial performance in healthcare settings
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and manage complex challenges
