Job Summary

A company is looking for a CLO Client Administrator III to lead aspects of trust or entity administration for high net-worth private and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee client relationships and recommend design and administration of trust accounts
  • Assist senior account representatives in revenue-generating activities and manage client strategies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues and enhancing client experience
Required Qualifications and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience with direct client contact, or a combined minimum of 5 years of higher education and/or work experience
  • Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
  • Experience managing relationships with internal and external service partners
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate policies and procedures related to the administrative role
  • Ability to understand and adhere to risk and regulatory standards and controls
