Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager for the Australia/New Zealand region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer onboarding and lead technical implementation of product integrations
  • Collaborate with Account Management to train and support customers while building relationships with stakeholders
  • Review and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely updates and support to customers and internal teams


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Client Onboarding, or Technical Implementation
  • Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts
  • Demonstrable proficiency in SQL and troubleshooting web APIs (JSON, XML)
  • Experience with Enterprise-scale clients is highly valued
  • Familiarity with Cargowise One or other TMS is a plus
