Required Qualifications

• J.D. from a top-tier law school and membership with at least one state bar
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Familiarity with legal issues in e-commerce, including copyright, privacy, and payments
• Ability to provide clear legal advice and work effectively across teams
• Experience with AI tools to enhance efficiency in legal processes
