Corporate Counsel, Licensed Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the corporate legal function and lead cross-functional teams on transactions including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and financings
• Support SEC reporting and securities law compliance, including preparation of periodic reports and other materials
• Manage corporate governance matters and collaborate with various departments across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of corporate legal experience in a relevant setting (law firm and/or prior in-house experience)
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic transactions and cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects
• JD, admitted to the Bar, with a distinctive academic record
• Experience in M&A transactions or debt finance transactions is preferred
