Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Administrator to manage vendor and customer contracts and support internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the lifecycle of various vendor and customer contracts, including reviewing and editing agreements
  • Maintain a library of legal documents and templates, updating as necessary
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalations requiring legal input and support internal teams on contract needs
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience with commercial contract review, including 2 years in software (SaaS experience required)
  • Paralegal license is an advantage
  • At least 1 year of experience with a Contract Management System
  • Experience with Salesforce and DocuSign is beneficial
  • Knowledge of procurement tools and methodology is highly valued
