Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to lead its legal function across North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel to senior leadership on various legal matters and business transactions
• Lead and mentor the North America legal team, ensuring professional development and collaboration
• Manage day-to-day legal operations and develop strategies to mitigate legal risks associated with business operations

Required Qualifications

• Admission to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction with a minimum of 10 years of relevant legal experience
• Proven expertise in technology contracts and government contracts, including compliance matters
• Strong understanding of GSA Schedules, FARs, DFARs, and the US federal acquisition process
• Experience supervising legal professionals and strong leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, global, and fast-paced environment
