Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and validate the legal names of corporate entities using official registries and legal databases
• Identify and analyze discrepancies in corporate identity, structure, and documentation
• Support due diligence efforts in mergers and acquisitions by verifying legal status and ownership structures

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of corporate law, including entity formation, mergers, and acquisitions
