Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Director to manage the business management system within the Legal Solutions Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the business management reporting system, including creating Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs), presentations, and reports
• Oversee business unit level events, operational reviews, and performance dashboards to support business initiatives and goals
• Collaborate with finance and leadership to develop and track the business unit's annual budget and support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of business management experience; MBA preferable
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience in producing senior management level reports
• High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
• Ability to build strong cross-functional working relationships at all levels
