Operations Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between centralized operations and assigned Business Units (BUs)
• Promote and facilitate the adoption of operations best practices and ensure compliance with enterprise operations policies
• Support the deployment of strategic operations initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in operations, business transformation, or shared services environments
• Demonstrated success in driving centralized operations or shared services support across diverse business units
• Strong understanding of operational domains including People Operations, Process Optimization, and Technology Enablement
• Proven ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
