Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in payer maintenance, healthcare billing, or claims operations
• Experience with denial codes, reimbursement trends, and claims adjudication workflows
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field
• Detail-oriented with the ability to co-lead payer initiative projects
