Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing Services Coordinator - Provider Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the credentialing process for applicants, ensuring compliance with schedules and quality standards
• Maintain Medical Staff documents and oversee the proctoring process to ensure adherence to policies
• Facilitate communication between Medical Staff, Administration, and other departments to resolve issues and support enrollment processes

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of credentialing or related professional experience
• Knowledge of provider enrollment and regulatory requirements (e.g., NCQA, DOH, Joint Commission)
• High School diploma required; college degree preferred
• Certification by the National Association of Medical Staff Services (CPMSM or CPCS) preferred
• Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
