Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Demonstrated ability in compensation market analysis, plan design, and pay administration
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience using Workday HCM strongly preferred
