Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Onboarding Coordinator to manage pre-onboarding and onboarding tasks for new hires and transfers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to new hires and employees regarding onboarding and HR inquiries
  • Process and manage HR transactions, including data entry, background checks, and tuition reimbursement
  • Coordinate new employee orientation and ensure compliance with records management policies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • No prior experience required; relevant experience may substitute for education (minimum of four years)
  • Preferred experience in Human Resources, customer service, or data entry
  • Familiarity with multiple ATS, CRM, and HRM systems, particularly Taleo and PeopleSoft
