Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their IT and Engineering Talent Solutions practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, evaluating, and engaging candidates
• Prepare employment agreements and extend job offers while maintaining professional relationships
• Support client recruiting needs and build relationships with local college career services for graduate recruitment

Required Qualifications

• A 4-year Bachelor's Degree is desired
• 3+ years of successful recruiting experience, preferably in IT and/or Engineering
• Strong proficiency in ATS systems and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Demonstrated ability to self-manage personal goals and effective time-management skills
• A competitive attitude with a team player mentality and a high sense of urgency
