Accounting Specialist II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist II - SMART.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contracts and pay rates, calculate payroll, and process expense reimbursements
• Handle customer invoicing and follow up on unpaid balances
• Assist in monthly financial closing and ensure accuracy of financial statements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
• At least 3 years of related experience in accounting and/or payroll
• Strong computer knowledge, including Advanced MS Excel and Word
• Experience with QuickBooks and Workday software or similar platforms
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
