Key Responsibilities

• Drive payroll accuracy, efficiency, and operational excellence
• Manage payroll process compliance and oversee third-party payroll vendor interactions
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives through automation and process efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of Global Payroll for Latam and US
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems and RPA, including platforms like ADP and MS Excel
• Understanding of employment law and regulatory compliance
• 10+ years of progressive experience in global payroll operations
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business, with an MBA in human resources preferred
