Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to manage complex accounting tasks and support financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations for various accounting areas, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts while preparing documentation for audits
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CPA track strongly preferred
• 4-7 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in both public accounting and private industry
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, particularly lease accounting and payroll-related accounting
• Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with accounting systems such as NetSuite or similar ERP platforms
