Oregon Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant with a strong foundation in general ledger accounting and accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
• Support accounts payable functions, including processing complex vendor invoices and customer service
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and maintain cost accounting inputs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, focusing on GL, AP, and month-end close
• ERP system experience required; SAP and NetSuite preferred
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting platforms such as Bill.com and Ramp
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or public accounting is a plus
